Woo!
I am the first to reach here!:D
This is Jeremy Ng Team 35 (5E) reporting for duty!
The teachers had put many effort in this year NE Trail!
And i did enjoy my time there!
Team 35 first stop was to the Central Sikh Temple located near seragoon rd. Next, we went to Plaza Singapura @ McDonald's. We came in first there! Hooray for us! We also decided to take a small break there and buy some snacks to eat.
After eating, we went to Istana Park. The question there is quite tricky though we tried out best.
After it, we took a bus to a bus stop and walk up to the Singapore Visitor's Centre @ Orchard.
That was certainly my favourite place as it is air-conditioned.
And also to the teachers been there!
They sure won't miss the chance to try the leg massager!
After a short break there, we went to the Alexadra Hospital by taking MRT to commonwealth and a shuttle bus to Alexadra Hospital.
When we found the answer for the question, Guess what we've found? A dead fish...! Thats weird huh?
Mdm Chua then decided to took in her bravery and used a plastic bag and throw it to a nearby dustin.

I am vivian kor (team 36) Primary 5E.

This year is my first time going for the NE heritage trail, i enjoy my time at there.

First, we went to the Singapore Poly, we took the MRT to outram park, then we took another SMRT to east west line to Dover station. We tooks pictures at there and took the picture of the Singapore Poly too. After that we took the MRT to MOE. We also took pictures at there too. After that we went to City Hall and then we alight at there, out teacher-in-charge ask us if we want to eat our lunch or if we wanted to continue first. We choose to eat first. We went to City hall burger king to eat out lunch.

When we reach there at about 11.15 a.m., we were the first to reach there for lunch. We were given a sheet of paper for some bonus points. When we have completed the worksheet, we went to buy our lunch. When we have complete to eat our lunch, we went to City Hall BK. Straight after that, we went to Raffles Hotel to search for some answer. The question was :When was Raffles Hotel open ?

After that, we walk to the Civilian War Memorial to answer another question of the worksheet. While we are walking, the parent volunteer told us to take our the cap as it was very hot. When we reach there, we also took some pictures of it and also wrote down the answer. Next, we also walk to the Central Fire Station the search for answer too. When we were writting down our answer, a ambulance came out from the Central Fire Station.

When we have done recording down the answer, we went to the bus stop and we wanted to go on bus number 2. We took the bus to the Selarang Camp and that was the last station! When we reach there, we were not allowed to take photos of the Selarang Camp but we were allowed to take the pictures of the answer. After a long journey, we went to search for bus number 89. We search for that bus number for a long time. After that we decided to take the bus no. 2 again and to travel to a bus stop which have bus no. 89 as that bus will have a shorter time to reach school. We waited for the bus for about 15 minutes. Finally the bus arrived. We hop in and go back to school....

Time to "chiong"

Ooops.. I forgotten to mention about the Botanic Garden...
When we left The SVC @ Orchard we took bus 105 straight to Botanic Gardens..
It was the most time spent place we had been.
Firstly, we wrote our answers in our worksheet then we decided to exploree the BG awhile.
I've seen the process needed to keep a plant healthy for exaple the machine that keeps shaking the bottle of green plants allows more oxygen to be produced.
Also, we had a fight with the clouds
Why?
When we are taking our shadows, the sun shone brightly. When we were at out right places, the clouds block the sunlight! Oh man! We had to wait for the next sunlight to appear.
Finally, the clouds are giving up but not for long...When we are taking our shadows, the sun shone brightly. When we were at out right places, the clouds block the sunlight! Oh man! We had to wait for the next sunlight to appear. See what happened?
Finally again, the sun shone brightly. We quickly took out shadows and YES! We've won the fight with the clouds!
Hooray for Team 35!

After the war with clouds, we walk to a bus stop and took a bus to Queenstown and went to the Alexadra Hospital by taking a shuttle bus to Alexadra Hospital.
When we found the answer for the question, Guess what we've found? A dead fish...! Thats weird huh?
Mdm Chua then decided to took in her bravery and used a plastic bag and throw it to a nearby dustbin.
Finally this is our last stop and we were worn out..
Then something bad happened, we had lost our extra questions paper..
We kept looking for it, we also tried asking if anyone had seen it but everyone just say no..
This time, we were totally worn out.
We decided to take late lunch at the food court at the 3rd storey.
That was a terrible food court as it is so cold and the food price is to unbelivable.
1 chicken rice for $3.80 ...
1 Milo Dinosaur for $2.50..
The total cost is $6.30! >:(
After lunch, our parent volunteer with Hillary, Serai and Clarey decided to head for the last question while Mdm Chua, Phoebe , Shoban and me worked out with the extra question answers.

When they had gotten the answers, we left Vivo City about 3.44p.m. How late is that? Oh my..
When we reached Rumbia, it was about 4.25p.m. plus..
Oh my gosh..
We're the last..
After getting another extra extra questions , we decided to work on it..I left school at about 5.15 plus..>:<

Oh never mind, with our dilligence and creativty we can beat others!
GO TEAM 35!

I am Valerie Kor from team 29;6c.

I had really enjoyed the trail with my team especially with the lower primaries.

After getting out from the school we went to take bus 27 to Changi Airport terminal 1.After getting the answer for the question we went to take the skytrain to terminal 2 and took our MRT somewhere below it. We took the MRT and started walking to a Arab school. Next, we proceeded to the Sultan Mosque. After that we went to find what was the famous trade of Arab street.

MCDONALDS was the next stop and everyone hurried in to get a seat and buy their lunch.

Everyone was full of energy after having their lunch. we took the MRT and shuttle bus to Alexander Hospital. The last stop was VivoCity after answering the last question, Miss ang treated us a 6 scoop ice-cream,when we finished th chocolate scoop most of us stopped eating.

On the way back to the school, most of us had a nap on the Mrt train......
